Scape Hammersmith

Opening soon, Scape Hammersmith will be a fantastic place to work, helping us provide residents with an exceptional living experience in West London.

Our team of Receptionists, Night Porters, Housekeepers, and Maintenance Operatives will support our residents 24/7, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring our spaces are safe, clean, and well maintained. We are building a new team with full and part-time positions available.

Onboarding Requirements: All roles require a satisfactory DBS check, 3 references, and RTW in the UK.

Start Date: Monday 14 April 2025

Housekeeper (Full Time)

Hours: 40 hours per week, shift patterns covering Monday - Sunday

• Providing a knowledgeable and friendly welcome to all students and guests in person
• Cleaning communal areas, providing student room cleans as requested, and assisting with general property upkeep
• Assisting with linen changing and laundering
• Following health and safety policies, operational procedures, risk assessments, and method statements
• Completing all tasks with the required paperwork
• Reporting maintenance needs to the General Manager or Maintenance Manager
• Understanding and adapting to the changing needs of students and clients
• Adhering to instructions for cleaning materials and COSHH regulations
• Participating in relevant training as instructed
• Reporting incidents, accidents, and safety hazards
• Maintaining confidentiality of company documents
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and handing over vital information
• Undertaking any other duties as required

Main duties include:

• Welcoming students and guests professionally
• Cleaning and maintaining communal areas and assisting with linen services
• Following safety protocols and completing necessary paperwork
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Adapting to the needs of students and clients
• Adhering to COSHH instructions
• Participating in training sessions
• Handling confidential documents appropriately
• Communicating effectively with team members
• Performing additional duties as assigned
