Hours : Flexible Hours include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and stat holidays.

Pay : $17.40 hr.

Position Summary :

Join our vibrant team as a Housekeeper! You’ll be our cleanliness champion, ensuring our facility sparkles. Work with the Facilities Crew on maintenance and repairs (we’ll train you!), and support all club departments to keep everything looking top-notch. If you love teamwork and take pride in a pristine environment, this is the role for you. Become a key player in delivering our members an exceptional experience keeping our club fabulous!

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure all facility spaces are cared for and inspected according to the high standards set by management.
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Follow checklists of routine duties; inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness, maintenance, and set-up standards, as well as to verify status.
• Assist Member Services department with event set up and tear down, as required.
• Effectively communicate with the team members and Front Desk staff via 2-way radio in a timely manner.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace as required.
• Notify supervisor(s) of any facility damage, deficits, or concerns.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety, and be aware of all company-related processes and practices.
• Additional duties as required.

Requirements :

• Demonstrated ability to safely lift 30 lbs.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly; comfortable working in a public setting.
• Good communication skills; fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and employees; able to resolve complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Walking and standing are required; housekeepers must be able to maintain a well-paced mobility to promptly reach other departments within the facility.
• Current work visa and SIN.
