Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario's Georgian Bay region is hiring for a Year Round, Afternoon shift Maintenance role. You will handle day‑to‑day operations of the maintenance department, respond to demand service requests, execute PM work, and service pools and hot tubs, with general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical tasks.

You should bring knowledge of building trades, on‑site construction experience, pool maintenance experience, and painting or tiling skills.

Qualifications

• General knowledge and experience in building trades (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, framing, electrical etc.)
• On-site construction experience an asset
• Previous experience with pool maintenance an asset
• Work experience in commercial and residential painting, wallpapering, ceramic tile application, drywall installation, drywall patching, stucco, stipple, and fine wood finishing or refinishing an asset

YEAR ROUND - FULL TIME (AFTERNOON SHIFT)

WAGE- $ 23.55

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

This role will be responsible for many aspects of the day to day operations of the maintenance department. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to respond and action demand service requests, execute PM work and to maintain and service the pools and tubs on resort. The work will consist of but not be limited to; general repairs, general maintenance, equipment installation and daily rounds.
