Job Title: Guest Service Agent (Part-time)

Status: Part-time

Salary: $24 per hour

Responsibilities

1. Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure.
2. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
3. Provide information about the hotel and its services.
4. Respond to guest requests efficiently and courteously.
5. Offer local recommendations (places to visit, events, dining spots).
6. Handle guest complaints or issues and find quick solutions.
7. Coordinate with other hotel services (reception, housekeeping, room service).
8. Maintain updated contacts and local partnerships (taxis, agencies, restaurants, etc.).
9. Manage the arrival, reception, and personalized follow-up of VIP guests.

Language Requirements
