• Be a Friendly Face and Voice – Arrive on time to set up and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host area while greeting guests with professionalism in person and over the phone.
• Be a Host – Manage reservations, greet and seat guests promptly, provide menus, and assign tables based on guest needs and service flow.
• Support the Team – Assist servers with food delivery, refilling drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and helping with guest requests to ensure seamless service.
• Focus on Details – Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, properly set, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Be Organized – Manage seating flow and communicate effectively with the team to maintain efficiency.
