Job summary

Gray Collection in Montreal is seeking a friendly Host(ess) to welcome guests, manage reservations, and support the front-of-house team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

You will greet guests, escort them to tables, handle phone inquiries, maintain a clean host stand and dining room, and ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French, spoken and written.
