You manage the flow of the restaurant and foster customer loyalty. Your responsibilities include processing reservations, planning guest seating, and assisting servers with food and beverage expediting, bussing, and cleaning. • Initiate conversations with guests comfortably
• Enjoy a public-facing role and have fun on the job
• Manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

What You Bring

• Experience as a host/hostess in hospitality or food service preferred
• Cash handling experience with POS systems or registers
• Experience in tourism, promotion, marketing, entertainment, or events preferred
• Certifications: Serving It Right (BC), Proserve (Alberta), Smart Serve (Ontario)
• Customer service certifications such as World Host / Super Host preferred
• Proven sales, marketing, and service skills in dining, retail, or promotions
• Effective public speaking skills
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds, including fully loaded trays
• Knowledge of specialty food and beverages
