Roles and Responsibilities

The host greets guests, manages reservations, answers questions about the menu, assists wait staff, provides accurate wait times, maintains cleanliness, and addresses guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Serve Safe Certificate within 2 weeks of employment. Preferred skills are organizational and people skills, critical thinking, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
