About the Role

The Guest Services Host (Evening Shift) is a vital member of Latham’s Workplace Experience (WE) team. This role focuses on integrating people, space, and technology to ensure a consistent, welcoming, and productive experience across our offices. The position is based in our London office, with a regular shift from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key responsibilities include:

  • Front Desk Support
    • Welcoming personnel and external visitors
    • Registering visitors and coordinating with security and administration
  • Supporting Daily Workflow
    • Understanding in-office services and work areas to anticipate guest needs
    • Building and maintaining guest profiles for personalized support
  • Conference & Meeting Support
    • Coordinating internal and external events
    • Maintaining and tidying amenity spaces, pantries, cafes, and seating areas
