Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to tables to ensure fast service.
• Assist in bussing tables and tidying service areas.
• Transfer information between kitchen and wait staff (special requests, etc.).
• Restock service areas with napkins, condiments, and supplies.
• Prepare juices and cocktail garnishes as needed.
• Assist service staff as required.
• Show ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Adhere to uniform standards and SOPs.
