Job summary

Ecolab EcoSure seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to perform on-site brand protection visits for hospitality and hotels, coaching teams and clients to uphold standards. You’ll travel extensively, present findings, and drive improvements that protect client brands and guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in hospitality and strong MS Office skills, with a willingness to travel 75–100% and work flexible hours in a fast-paced field role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with hospitality experience.
• 2+ years in hotel hospitality operations (housekeeping, front desk, management).
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at hotel and food service locations.
• Deliver summaries and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to resolve client challenges.
• Manage a budgeted number of visits weekly and ensure client satisfaction.
