Ecolab’s EcoSure division seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to support hospitality clients, performing on-site brand protection visits and coaching staff to uphold high standards in hotels, foodservice and related businesses. The role emphasizes guest safety, brand integrity, and compliance with industry guidelines.

Qualificações

• High school diploma and 2 years of hotel hospitality industry-related experience including housekeeping, general management, or front desk supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record; able to travel to the US for training/meetings; immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct brand protection visits at hotel and food service client locations with coaching and training to meet client expectations and protect the brand.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines while visiting hotels, restaurants, and healthcare facilities.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, improvements, and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize tablet, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology to plan and perform core duties.
• Support growth initiatives of the company and clients.
