Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Edmonton, Canada, is seeking a Hospitality Aide to deliver compassionate hospitality services and support residents' comfort. You will join a team that knows each resident by their life story, providing a safe, clean dining and living environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, serving residents, following dietary needs, taking orders, setting tables, and upholding food safety practices. A Grade 12 diploma and Safe Food Handler certification are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Diploma or recognized equivalent is required.
• Have a valid Safe Food Handler’s Certificate or willing to obtain.
• Committed to compassionate support for seniors to live life to the fullest.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in food service from institutional, healthcare, restaurant, or hospitality.
• All applicants must pass the Vulnerable Sector Check.

How You’ll Succeed

Who You Are:

• Grade 12 Diploma or recognized equivalent is required.
• Have a valid Safe Food Handler’s Certificate or willing to obtain
• You are committed to providing compassionate support that provides seniors to live their lives to the fullest
• You are detailed-oriented coupled with strong customer service skills enabling you to effectively communicate with residents and staff
• You may bring experience in food service from institutional, healthcare, restaurant, or hospitality
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.
