Qualifications

• Experience with general building repairs, maintenance or renovation considered an asset.
• A current trade license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, installations, and renovation-related activities throughout the facility.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and building structures.
• Conduct routine inspections and safety checks, and prioritize work orders in CMMS.
