The Salvation Army Agape Hospice in Calgary is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead the nursing department, oversee cost management, personnel, and quality of care. You will collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Leader to plan resident care aligned with strategic priorities and supervise all nursing staff and processes.

Responsibilities include budgeting, incident review, and ensuring compliance with Alberta Health Services requirements while fostering a safe, compassionate environment for residents

Qualificações

• CRNA Alberta registration or equivalent registration.
• Baccalaureate degree in nursing; CHPCN certification an asset.
• Current CPR certification; CHPCN certification in progress or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Direct nursing services and oversee a 40-hour per week nursing department.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls for nursing and related supplies.
• Lead and supervise Charge Nurses, RNs, and support staff; schedule shifts and ensure coverage.
• Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Leader to plan resident care and ensure quality outcomes.
• Promote Infection Prevention and Control protocols and safety standards.
