Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Nursing Supervisor in Calgary to oversee delivery of care and ensure compliance with standards. The role coordinates clinical education and in-service activities while guiding licensed and unlicensed staff to maintain high quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of supervisory nursing experience, with a proven ability to manage teams, develop training programs, and drive client satisfaction initiatives in a community setting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of recent supervisory nursing experience.
• Strong track record in developing and evaluating training programs.
• Ability to manage people and interpret company policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assess or arrange initial and ongoing client assessments and services.
• Develop care plans and visit clients as required; update plans.
• Supervise unlicensed staff to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead client satisfaction initiatives and address concerns promptly and documented.
• Coordinate services with Client Service Coordinator.
• Coordinate in-service education for Field staff and maintain records.
• Lead Modified Work Programs for Field staff as needed.
• Participate in business development and client care contracts as requested.
• Represent Bayshore in local healthcare or business committees and community events.
