Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner warranty and seasonal inquiries by phone and email with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate inspections, appointments, and technician schedules within warranty timelines.
• Create work orders and track items to completion while maintaining accurate notes.
• Manage competing priorities and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Support the warranty team during high-volume periods.
