Gallagher is hiring a full-time claims handler for our WBI Home Warranty team in Surrey. You will investigate claims to determine warranty coverage, liaise between homeowners and builders, and coordinate with contractors to manage repairs.

Strong knowledge of insurance licensing and MS Office is required, with multilingual ability seen as a plus. We are a team of warranty, insurance, and construction professionals who value accuracy and timely resolution while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Level 2 insurance license preferred.
• Experience handling home warranty or property claims.
• Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) proficiency.
• Second language (Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese) is a plus.
• Obtain Level 2 License within six months.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and assess claims to confirm home warranty coverage.
• Serve as liaison between homeowners/strata and builders or developers to resolve claims.
• Engage external professionals to support coverage determinations.
• Review engineering reports and technical assessments related to claims.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors to scope, estimate, and manage repairs.
• Maintain organized, timely, and accurate records for claims.
