Job summary

Kensington Homes in Manitoba seeks a Possession and Walkthrough Coordinator to conduct client walkthroughs and ensure a smooth handover.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate possessions, manage deficiency lists, and liaise with the Construction team to guide homeowners through warranties and maintenance.

This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and occasional site travel. Closing date: 2026-09-25.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in home building or construction.
• High school diploma; Office Administration diploma preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional communication and customer service during possession and walkthroughs.
• Coordinate possessions, schedule and confirm walkthroughs, maintain client satisfaction.
• Liaise with Construction team to address deficiencies and report concerns to management.
• Maintain warranty/product information for homeowner orientations.
• Prepare reports, documents, and maintain filing systems.
