Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant mortgage experience or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of mortgage lending process and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Strong self-management and teamwork capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage a referral network to build mortgage originations.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer to BMO colleagues as appropriate.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs to drive results.
• Guide customers through mortgage application and processing activities.
• Partner with branch teams to hand off customers and finalize mortgage documentation.
