Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Sales (Key Holder) to inspire customers and bring the brand to life by helping them discover products that fit their entertaining needs. You will drive sales by building connections and developing lasting customer relationships.

The role requires effective communication, organizational and leadership skills, plus 1-3 years of retail sales with supervisory experience. Full-time and part-time flexible shifts are available in a store setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in home furnishings or related design preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing your home
• Provide daily support to the management team by performing opening and closing routines, register functions and back office procedures
• Provide supervision to ensure store is meeting financial goals and associates are providing World-Class service to our guests
• Ensure store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back of house standards during manage-on-duty shifts
• Effectively perform the Selling Captain role, serving as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service
• Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with our People First Philosophy
