Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support sales on the floor, operate the register, and replenish merchandise during the peak season. You will deliver outstanding service, assist with product selection, and help customers celebrate moments at home.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and efficient store operations. The position offers flexible hours, a pay rate of $16.90 per hour, and the chance to gain valuable retail experience with a premier home goods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Able to operate a POS system.
• Lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using proper equipment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and presentation for easy shopping.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and follow company policies and procedures.
