Job summary

Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join our team, delivering home and community-based pediatric physiotherapy in Toronto. The role supports flexible full-time or part-time schedules with opportunities to impact clients’ daily living in their own homes.

Applicants must hold active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, possess a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle, and be able to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Screening within

Qualifications

• Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Valid Driver's License (G2/G) and reliable insured vehicle.
• VSS within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
• Preferably an ADP Authorizer.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy care to individuals in home and community settings.
• Coordinate flexible scheduling to fit clients' needs.
• Collaborate with a team to maintain a supportive, education-focused environment.
• Maintain professional standards and ensure client safety during home visits.
