Job summary

Qualicare Edmonton South is seeking a compassionate RN for home-care responsibilities in the Edmonton area. The role emphasizes direct patient care, coordination with other medical disciplines, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered home health services.

Applicants should have or be eligible for CRNA registration, current CPR, and strong clinical skills. The position involves collaborating with PT, OT, and other teams to implement the Plan of Care and ongoing re-evaluation.

Qualifications

• RN with CRNA registration preferred or currently registered with CRNA.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-focused care.
• Ability to work with little supervision and deliver quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care.
• Provides accurate, detailed, and timely documentation.
• Conducts ongoing assessments.
• Prepares, administers and documents medications.
• Performs skills, treatments, and procedures per scope of practice.
• Adheres to infection control and universal precautions.
