Job summary

The Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse – Home Care to join Stonewall Community Health. In this casual relief role you will work under the Home Care Nursing Supervisor to deliver integrated, patient-centered home care services.

The position requires current LPN registration in Manitoba, BLS, IV therapy, wound care training, and a valid driver’s license for regional travel; weekend and evening shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with additional education or preparation applicable to the position.
• Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba.
• IV Therapy course and BLS certification are required.
• Wound Care Level 1 & 2 completed.
• Minimum one year nursing experience, preferably in Home Care.
• Valid Manitoba driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle for regional travel.
• Ability to work independently and in isolated areas; flexibility for weekends/evenings.
• Demonstrated commitment to privacy, confidentiality and professional ethics.
