Job summary

Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority invites applications for a Casual LPN – Home Care based at Teulon Community Health Office. The role supports Home Care nursing under supervision and contributes to a holistic, integrated care approach for residents in the region.

The successful candidate will be registered LPN in Manitoba with BLS, IV therapy and wound care certification, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse registered in Manitoba.
• Minimum one year nursing experience, preferably in Home Care.
• Valid Manitoba driver's license and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Immunization requirements as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care nursing services under the Home Care Case Coordinator.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Exercise professional judgment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality and comply with ethical standards.
