Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring a Holiday Customer Service Representative in Guelph for a fixed-term, part-time role. You will work on-site, assist customers at the POS, stock shelves, and support campaigns during the holiday period.

Applicants must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and available Fridays evenings and weekends. Training is provided; bilingualism is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Able to work on-site in a fast-paced holiday period.
• Eligible to work in Canada (SIN, student, or work permit).
• Minimum 18 years old and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system with a focus on service.
• Receive inventory, stock shelves and keep store clean and safe.
• Assist with campaigns and promotions during the holiday season.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs / 18 kg as needed during shifts.
