Job summary

LCBO in Aurora, Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will join on-site teams to help customers, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

This fixed-term, part-time role offers paid online training, flexibility for weekend/evening shifts, and opportunities to learn about wine, beer, cider and spirits while contributing to the community during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in Canada.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs/18 kg and stand for long periods.
• Availability Fri evenings and weekends during holiday period.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at POS, process transactions efficiently.
• Assist with donations for Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, stock shelves, keep store clean and safe.
