The LCBO in Richmond Hill is hiring a Holiday Customer Service Representative for a fixed-term, part-time seasonal period from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You’ll be on-site, delivering friendly service and handling the POS with care.

Responsibilities include stocking, inventory intake, and creating a welcoming shopping environment while supporting donation drives and survey campaigns during peak season.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service approach and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 18 kg (40 lb) and stand for long periods.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with donations and Spirit of Sustainability campaigns.
• Face shelves, receive inventory, and keep the store clean and safe.
