Job summary

The LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Grand Valley stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, assist customers with our POS system, stock shelves, and help create a memorable holiday shopping experience.

This temporary role requires 18+ years, legal eligibility to work in Canada, and the ability to lift up to 18 kg. Bilingual English/French is a bonus, with weekend evening availability and potential additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Legal to work in Canada (SIN/Work permit).
• At least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English and French is a bonus.
• Available Fri (5:00 p.m.– Close), Sat and Sun shifts.
• On-site position during holiday season (Nov 16–Dec 31, 2026).

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS/Cash system delivering an outstanding experience.
• Ask for donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves, and keep store clean and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg repeatedly while standing.
