The Salvation Army Winnipeg is seeking a Christmas Kettle Worker to engage donors, collect donations, and support a trusted charity in the community. The role is part-time, onsite, and based in malls or stores, with emphasis on safety and courtesy.

Responsibilities include remaining on shift, answering donor questions, presenting a professional image, and handling donations securely. Candidates should be able to lift 20–25 lbs and work under pressure with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Some high school coursework; completion of high school is an asset.
• Up to one year of related experience or working in customer service.
• Money handling experience is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Remain at the kettle for the full shift.
• Respond to questions from potential donors regarding TSA programs.
• Present a positive image and represent TSA on duty.
• Collect donations and petty cash and keep them secure.
