Job summary

LCBO in Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for our stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site and deliver friendly, helpful service to customers during the holiday season.

Through paid online training, you will build your customer service skills and discover wine, beer, cider and spirits, giving you the confidence to support customers and make their holiday shopping memorable.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, Work Permit, or student status).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products, and keep the store clean and safe.
• Lift up to 40 lbs / 18 kg repeatedly while standing for long periods.

About the Role:

Reporting to the StoreManager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean,organizedand safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.

About You:

• Comfortablesupporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
• Required Availability
• Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).
• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).

Holiday Availability:

• Christmas Day (December 25).
• Boxing Day (December 26).
• New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs.
• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
