LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores to assist during the busy season from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site positions involve cash handling, stocking, and guest engagement to deliver memorable shopping experiences in our retail network.

Reporting to the StoreManager, you will:
Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean,organizedand safe for all.
Liftcases ofvarious sizesand weights(up to 40 lbs./18 kg)repeatedlywhilestanding forlong periodsof time.
Comfortablesupporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
You must be at least 18 years old.
Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
Required Availability
Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).
Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).
Christmas Day (December 25).
Boxing Day (December 26).
New Year’s Eve (December 31).
Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs.
Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
