Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario retail stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site roles include handling POS transactions, assisting customers, and supporting holiday campaigns across stores in Ontario.

Paid online training will build customer service skills and wine, beer, cider, and spirits knowledge to help deliver memorable shopping experiences during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail setting.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.
• Able to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the cash register and assist with purchases.
• Encourage donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Support customer experience initiatives and surveys.
• Receive and stock inventory, keep shelves clean and organized.

About the Role:

You will be working on-site. #LI-OnSite
Reporting to the StoreManager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.

• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.

• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean,organizedand safe for all.

• Liftcases ofvarious sizesand weights(up to 40 lbs./18 kg)repeatedlywhilestanding forlong periodsof time.

About You:

• Comfortablesupporting customers and working effectively with teammates.

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

• Required Availability

• Friday (5:00 p.m. - Close).

• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).

Holiday Availability:

• Christmas Day (December 25).

• Boxing Day (December 26).

• New Year's Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday - Thursday), based on store needs.

• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
