Job summary

The LCBO in Ottawa is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for the 2026 season. This fixed-term, part-time on-site role supports shoppers with a friendly, knowledgeable experience and helps store operations during peak period.

Compensation is $20.82 per hour. Availability includes Fridays evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, with additional weekday shifts as needed. Applicants must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure store is clean, organized and safe.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.
