LCBO in Aurora, Ontario is hiring a Holiday Customer Service Representative for the November 16 to December 31, 2026 period. This on-site, part-time fixed-term role supports customers, learns with online training, and helps deliver memorable holiday shopping experiences in-store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will operate the POS system, assist with donations, stock shelves, lift up to 40 lbs, and keep the store clean, safe and welcoming for guests throughout the busy season.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.
• Additional shifts may be available as needed during the holiday period.
