Job summary

Senators Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Development Program Coordinator to research, plan, market, and evaluate world-class programs at Sensplex facilities with a focus on customer service and program quality.

The role involves developing hockey camps, youth programs, and clinics, while managing budgets, schedules, and part-time staff. Based at Bell Sensplex with travel to other CSMI sites; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma in a sports or business related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of youth programming is an asset
• Must have at least two years of customer service experience
• Experience in event or program planning and execution
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Develop, market, and operate programs for CSMI (hockey camps, skills sessions, clinics)
• Identify new opportunities for CSMI programs
• Build and manage relationships with program clients
• Prepare program schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Execute marketing plans and respond to inquiries promptly
• Hire, train, and schedule part-time staff and interns
• Coordinate program pages on CSMI websites and communications
