Job summary

The Development Program Coordinator at Capital Sports Management Inc. leads the planning, marketing, and delivery of world‑class hockey programs at the Sensplex venues.

You will drive program growth, manage budgets, and supervise part‑time staff while delivering exceptional customer service to participants and families. Based at the Bell Sensplex with time at other CSMI facilities, this role requires strong communication, event planning experience, and a genuine passion for hockey development

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma in a sports or business related field.
• Intimate knowledge and understanding of hockey.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (test may be required).
• Experience with youth programming and customer service.
• Experience in event or program planning and execution.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Bilingualism is an asset (English and French).
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, market, actively selling, and operate CSMI programs (hockey camps, clinics, youth learns to skate).
• Identify opportunities beyond listed programs and pursue them.
• Build and manage relationships with program clients and schedules.
• Ensure professional execution of all program aspects and exceed registration targets.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and final financial reports for programs.
• Execute marketing plans and handle program inquiries promptly.
• Oversee part-time staff, hire, train, and schedule staff and handle parents/coaches communications.
• Maintain program pages, waivers, and revenue/expense backups.
