Job description

HIV Registered Nurse – Sanctum Care Group
About Sanctum

Sanctum is Saskatchewan’s first and only HIV Hospice and Transitional Care Home. We provide 24/7 transitional care for people living with HIV who face complex social, medical, and high‑risk conditions—such as homelessness, substance use, and trauma that make community-based disease management challenging. Sanctum also offers compassionate end‑of‑life (palliative) care for individuals living with HIV who have a palliative diagnosis. Our care model is rooted in harm reduction, trauma‑informed practice, and person‑centered support. The Registered Nurse plays a critical leadership role in upholding these values and ensuring high‑quality, holistic care for every client.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing clinical leadership, direct nursing care, and collaborative support within Sanctum’s interdisciplinary team.
