Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Whitby, Ontario is seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure smooth store operations.

You will open/close the store, coach staff, uphold food safety, deliver quality guest experiences, and help drive service times and customer feedback. This role offers ongoing training and opportunities for advancement in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to coach and train others.
• Reliability to work flexible shifts including days/nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
• Coach the team to ensure food safety protocols are followed.
• Serve quality food and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
