Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Ontario is seeking an energetic shift manager to lead a team, coach staff, and ensure food safety while delivering quality service to guests. This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a positive store atmosphere.

You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, guiding daily operations, and driving service times and customer satisfaction metrics. A commitment to ongoing training and advancement is expected.
