Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking energetic shift managers to lead a store team and drive excellent guest experiences in Peterborough, Ontario. You will coach staff, manage daily operations and ensure food safety and quality are upheld during your shift.

This role offers opportunities for ongoing training and advancement, with flexible scheduling across days, nights, weekends and holidays. Join a high‑energy team focused on delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching ability to guide a team to consistently meet targets.
• Clear communication with staff to ensure food safety and quality standards are followed.
• Ability to drive service metrics, maintain a safe, clean environment and deliver great guest experiences.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and oversee shift operations.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Ensure food safety protocols and cleanliness are maintained.
• Support performance goals by improving service times and guest feedback.
