Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Crew Member to greet guests, take orders, prepare food, and keep the dining area clean. You’ll work with a friendly team, learn food safety, and contribute to fast, accurate service.

No prior experience required; we provide training. You’ll enjoy flexible hours, a chance to advance, and a benefits package for eligible team members. Must be reliable and ready to help customers and crew.

Qualifications

• Solid social skills to engage customers.
• Ability to restock essentials (ketchup, straws, cups).
• Willing to pitch in and help crew and customers.
• Take and receive direction like a pro.

You Must Be Willing And Able To

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then
• Handle weather related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
