Job summary

Wendy's is hiring Crew Members in Canada. You’ll be part of a friendly team, providing fast, friendly service and keeping the dining area clean. We offer flexible hours and opportunities to grow.

No prior restaurant experience required; we teach you what you need to know. You’ll handle drive-thru and fryer tasks, assist customers, and contribute to a positive guest experience every shift.

Qualifications

• Solid social skills and friendly demeanor.

• Act to correct issues.

You Must Be Willing And Able To

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then
• Handle weather related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
