Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Oshawa, Canada is seeking a Crew Member to join our fast-paced team. You’ll help deliver friendly service, handle drive-thru duties, and contribute to a clean, organized dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Stand and move for most of the shift, maintaining pace and energy.
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs when needed and handle busy periods calmly.
• Weather-related drive-thru challenges and maintain service quality.
• Wear a headset, operate a register and grill, and follow brand standards.
