Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Crew Member in Whitby to deliver friendly, efficient service and support daily restaurant operations. You will engage with customers, take orders at a fast pace, and help keep the dining area clean and well stocked.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with the team across shifts, including drive-thru and in-store duties.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Capable of standing for long periods and performing light manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments at a fast pace.
• Assist with drive-thru and in-store service while maintaining accuracy.
• Keep the dining area and prep area clean and stocked; support teammates as needed.

You Must Be Willing And Able To

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then
• Handle weather related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
