Rising Edge Group in Edmonton, Alberta is seeking a PSE/Electrician Apprentice to join our substation team. You will assist with installation, testing, and maintenance of high voltage equipment, gaining hands-on experience under a Journeyperson PSE/Electrician.

The role requires electrical trade indenture and comfort working at heights, with safety and quality as core values. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be indentured into Electrical or PSE trade.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations relevant to PSE/Electrician work.
• Experience with Windows-based test equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day substation construction activities.
• Work with high voltage components (breakers, transformers, switches, regulators, devices).
• Install low-latency network and power cabling; document circuits.
