Aviva Canada is seeking an Ovation (High-Net-Worth) Claims Adjuster to deliver exceptional claims experience through expert handling and client care. This hybrid role supports flexible work arrangements while maintaining a strong client focus.

You will investigate and settle high-net-worth property claims, coordinate with vendors and partners, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining data integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of first party claims handling experience focusing on Property Claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and negotiate Ovation and RBC High Net Worth / RBC Private Insurance property claims in accordance with Aviva’s standard methodologies and handling procedures.
