What YOU will do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
  • Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT support or vendors as required
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes including account setup, permissions, and hardware configuration
  • Assist with software installations, system updates, and routine maintenance
  • Assist in user administration on various phone systems
  • Assist in maintaining IT company asset information
  • Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and corporate data protection policies
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system updates using the helpdesk ticketing system

What you bring:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, technical skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10, Windows 11, IOS and MDM applications
  • Hands-on IT support experience using a ticket-based support system is an asset
  • A+, or other industry certifications is an asset
