Job summary

Helical Pile Solutions is seeking a Heavy Haul Driver to join our team in Alberta. You must prioritize safety, communicate clearly, and handle on-site duties with minimal supervision.

The role involves long stretches away from home, overtime, and adapting to shifting conditions. Applicants should have a Class 1 license, a clean driving record with at least five years of experience, and experience with heavy haul, low-bed, and winch trucks.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 1 driver’s license.
• Clean drivers abstract - Minimum 5 years.
• Minimum 5 years Experience.
• Drive safely and in compliance with all company regulations.
• Familiarity with E-logs (pre-trip, post-trip).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow safe working procedures.
• Must have low bed truck experience.
• Must have winch truck experience.
• Must have heavy haul experience.
• Must be able to load and unload equipment with little or no supervision on site.
• Maintain a professional attitude.
• Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.
• Excellent observation skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with mountainous terrain and rough ROW access.
